巧克力豆餅乾
chocolate beans cookies
(First time I try this chocolate cookies in July,2014,valentine'day eve)
I think I will do the best next time.
In the 2015 summer leisure time,
I decide to make the delicious cookies with some chocolate beans again .
When I finished cookies, I take it to my friends to help me try , and please friends tell me how feel ?how do I do will be good next time.
I collect some suggests to improve.
Practice frequently, finally, I 'so happy to make the tasty cookies.
Of course, I think this is ''Practice makes perfect''
Now, I want to tell my methods to everyone:
Material:
Cream 150g
Powdered sugar 84g
Whole egg 36g
Low-gluten flour 200g
Baking powder 2g
Chocolate Beans a little
Step1: Send the cream + Powdered sugar
Step2: Pour the whole eggs three times and mix well
Step3: Sifting the Low-gluten flour + Baking powder and send to dough
Step4: Dough divide into thirty, then Rounding.
Step5: Squash them and Stained with chocolate beans on the pan.
At last
Oven temperature upper temp180'C/ lower temp150'C (time:10 minutes)
and then upper temp150'C/ lower temp150'C (time:10 minutes)
